(P3)+ (O4)-

oxygen is always a 2- charge for the ion.
3 O2- = 6- total charge
The total positive charge needs to balance this out, so it must be a total of 6+.
2 N(?) = 6+, so each N must be 3+
ions are O2- and N3+
