If you draw an invisible line from the inner corner of your eye straight up, that is where your eye brow should start. Never try to completely change the shape of your eyebrows. Pluck stray hairs around your natural arch. Do not change where your arch in your eyebrow is. You natural one will always look better.

I DO pluck my eyebrows. In the beginning, I applied Ora-gel or ice to the area to numb it a bit, because it was painful--but I've gotten used to it now and wouldn't groom my brows any other way.

I read and carefully adhered to guidelines for following the natural shape of my brows. Some of it was trial-and-error but the best tip I found: use a white eyeliner pencil to "white-out" the eyebrows I intended to pluck so that I could see what the end result would look like. Remove the hairs in the white space and viola!

I pluck them whenever I notice stubble--which averages out to once a week, minimum.

Try navigating through about.com's information about eyebrow plucking. My best advice is to pluck less than you think you need. Gradually shape your brows by plucking a few hairs a day until you find the shape you want. Then, just pluck out stray hairs when they're long enough to grab with tweezers.

I pluck them once a week.
The shape?
Well, the only advice I use is - put a comb or something straight from your "inner ending" of your eyes up to your eyebrows - this should be the line where to start your brows, if you pluck them shorter, it'll look odd.
The same for the "outer ending" of your eyes.
Still - always keep in mind - don't pluck too much.

yes i pluck the hairs that grow back probably every 4 or 5 days, it only takes about three minutes so its not a big deal. I got them waxed then just pluck what grows back, that way you dont have to worry about manually shaping them and can just maintain a shape without having to go back for a wax every few weeks.

Go to a professional and have them waxed the first time. Then, as the hairs start to grow in, pluck them out. That will keep the original waxed shape.

I think the best thing to do is to go get them done at a shop. It isn't that expensive and they have a better view point to shape them correctly.
As far as how often it depends on how fast your hair grows and if you pluck the strays in between visits.

ok... every1 eye brows have a natural arch.... it's hard for u to see it for urself...
but for the inner part... it's supposed to be in line with the side of ur nose...
so the inner eyebrow.. or unibrow if u have 1.. ur supposed to pluck so that when u line the tweezer vertically from the side of ur nose... it's supposed to line up.
u shouldnt pluck too often... cuz ur hair tends not to grow back if u pluck too much

My eyebrows are the bane of my existance!

Go have an aesthetician wax them and then pluck the in coming hairs.
