Don't you have a textbook? Likely u'll find more answers there than online.

It would be hard to count the rate of word spoken by a speaker. . .because if u use a machine, they'll change their speed and if you try to count w/o one, u'll get lost.

I would say no because 1/4 of what speakers say is unnecessary.
