It is best to wait as long as possible before removing a piercing. Two weeks is definitely not enough time to wait, and after six weeks it may not be completely healed. If the site feels and looks healed, it is okay to change the earrings, but not to leave them out for extended periods of time. It is best not to take the risk before six weeks unless you would rather pay to get your ears re-pierced than leave the earring in.

I somewhat have my left ear pierced 14 gauge and that i take advantage of a ring type earring, i somewhat have in no way had difficulty getting it out. once you need to in problem-free words tug at it, its the in problem-free words way. in problem-free words attempt this even if it truly is honestly healed even with the reality that and six weeks sounds like it will be healed. Ear piercings are demanding to get contaminated compared to different piercings and if it receives sore do not hardship about it, it truly is going to in problem-free words very last a short at the same time as (like decrease than an afternoon). If there is any blood you need to probable sparkling it with antibacterial cleansing soap or purely spray some sea salt (H2Ocean-can purchase it at warm topic) on it and it truly is going to likely be all good. you are able to continually positioned on them lower back. I take mine out alot.

if you MUST remove them, make sure you put the other earrings in right away. they dont want you to take them out right away because the holes in your ears will heal up. If i were you, i would just wait the six weeks like they reccomend. It will come soon enough and then you can do whatever youd like with your ears.

you really need to wait AT LEAST six weeks, especially if you got your cartilage done or (even if you clean the earrings first) there is a high change that you will get an infection. trust me i took mine out after 3 weeks for a sports competition and they got infected, i left them in anyway but eventually had to let them close and not i have an ugly bulge on my ear. my second hole on my lower ear (soft cartilage) took 8 months to heal so it really depends on how you heal. if you wanted different earrings you should have gotten them in when you got pierced!

I am a beauty advisor and 6 weeks is the safe time to wait as they can close up and can get infected if you take them out before then.

my friend earring came out a week after she got hers done. All she had to do was put a new backing on it and it was fine. I don't think it really matters. Just as long as you keep something in them so that the holes don't close up!

I waited for six weeks and it was actually to soon. My ears started bleeding after I took out the earings and I had to because the scab that formed was really thick. Do not take out your earings before six weeks. they tell you six weeks for a reason!

No because the stud they pierce with is larger than a normal earing and taking it out may cause that hole to shrink if they are not fully healed, it will be painfully hard to get them back in and you may not be able to get them back in. It is better to just wait it out.

I would wait at least a month if you play arournd with it too much you are probably going to get an infection be sure to clean everything very well with alcohol if you do decide to change it now but you have been warned!
