Br2 + BaI2 ---> BaBr2 + I2
This is a single replacement reaction. You can tell this because you start with an element and a compound and end with a different element and compound.

Br2 + BaI2 -----> I2 + BaBr2

This reaction is known as displacement reaction whereby a more electro-negavity element replace the another element inside a compound.
