THE 3 BLUB FIXTURE CAN NOT BE FLOURSECENT UNLESS ONE IS MISSING AND THEN IT MAY MAKE NOISE. DOES THE LIGHT DO ANY FADING IN AND OUT? IF U WIGGLE THE SWITCH DO THE LIGHTS FLICKER OR FADE IN AND OUT? THE BUZZING SOUND COULD BE A LOOSE WIRE. ARE U A DYI PERSON? IF SO, THEN CHECK IT OUT AT SWITCH AND LIGHT FIXTURE. IF NOT CALL AN ELECTRICIAN.

That buzzing sound that you hear is the electricity going through the light bulb, or its about time for it to burn out

If they are not fluorescent, and they are regular bulbs, they should not be making any noise. Since they are making a buzzing sound, something is loose. Have someone look at it. It wont go away by itself.

I actually have heard dimmers humming before. no longer all that unusual or risky. Its only a rheostat contained in the dimmer unit. Assuming he became an approved electrician, you have to be fantastic. on to the bulbs. what's a 100W gentle bulb adapter? under no circumstances heard of this manner of beast.

it sounds like you have something loose either the bulb isn't screwed in good or you have a loose bulb.
