does any one now a website where can make animations for free?

i don't think there is a website that you can make animations. but i have tried out this free 3D animation software called anim8or (that's the actual software spelling) it's is kind of neat but the learning curve is extremely steep, especially if you are new to animation. but you can see some of the examples of works done using anim8or on their website. IT"S FREE what more can i ask for! :D
