I didn't really have a period this month. I bled very lightly for two or three days, ONE of my breast is sore, I am gaining weight, I am eating all of the time, and my back has been hurting just a little every once in a while. Could this be signs of pregnancy?

well most signs of prgnacy is i your breast,but normaly in both,you have tenderness in your lower abdomen,like when you bend over it kinda hurts,have you looked at your pee.most of the time when your pregnant your pee is kinda foggy,or is a different color than normal.you will feel kinda down,and tired,that's a realy big sign.normaly the eating doesn't start until your about 2-3 months.but all people are different.i doin't think you are,but just for your health you need to see a doctor,cause that's not normal.

Yes, and that light bleeding may have been the egg implanting (implantation bleeding)... try to take a test. Weight gain is uncommon this early though, but possible. Good luck!

Yep, sure could be. The light bleeding could have been implantation bleeding, and the rest of your "symptoms" sound like they could be signs of pregnancy. HPT's are a good way to deny or confirm pregnancy.
