Yes, It starts out with a soft fragile material in infancy -which is why everyone is worried about dropping a baby on it's head- the skull grows with you until it is fully fused together to protect your brain. I'm pretty sure the skull stops growing after a while, prohaps after puberty or adulthood

Your skull stops growing when you reach the age of 21-23. Usually when you reach your maximum height your skull then stops too.

Yes the skull can continue to grow later in life. It is not uncommon for the jaw bone to grow forward and cause a bad bite. There are also pathological conditions that will cause this like Paget's disease of bone, and Acromegaly to name 2.

It grows until a certain age like around 20 and then stays. Then, it goes down :(
As you get older, it won't grow but will shrink :(
It's a wild coaster of growth and development.
