see your doctor, but its possible the baby is pushing up on your lungs ---he/she is trying to make ROOM in there. It happened to me all the time. I was often out of breath because of that. Hormones can cause you to feel hot all the time too. I had to change clothes twice daily---and take a bath twice daily too.
And I am sorry about the being tired part. It is likely because you are SOOOO uncomfortable carrying the extra weight. I remember the baby STREEEEEETCHING for room and moving alot when I was trying to get to sleep. Then the booger would sleep during the day WHILE I HAD toWORK!
It won't last too much longer, so just hang in there.

with the breathing problems it could be because the baby is pushing against your lungs and every thing else and your bigger now and your body isnt use to that so that could be a reason for the beathing probs and heat flashes also when your pregnant you body temp is higher than a person who is not pregnant with the insomnia which i do believe means not sleeping at night? ....right and if thats the case your uncomfortable no one sleeps that good when you have a baby belly on you so i would say its normal but ask your doc anyway to make sure everything is alright good luck and congrats

It is normal at your stage to go through the "sleepy stage" also the hot flashes are normal too. You are one big hormone now Momma, so take it easy and rest yourself.

I was so hot when I was pregnant I was wearing thin cotton dresses in the middle of a really snowy winter.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

I do believe this is normal, but, to set your mind at rest, call your doctor's nurse to ask these questions because they are the ones familiar with you.
