I think since its new and they keep making even newer ipods, people buy them. Yet on regular mp3 players you can listen to the same music. It depends if your the kind of person that likes watching movies, and playing games on a mp3 player. Or just want a simple, inexpensive mp3 player to listen to music.

No. Buy a different brand. I got one a few years ago not knowing the terms. If the songs are not compatible with what Apple likes, it will not transfer them over from your song library to your Ipod list. Also, any songs purchased through Itunes cannot be transferred to a different player. They are your songs, but not yours to own. I hope this helps you make a wise decision.

Well, I think it depends on the person. If you're a kind of person who wants your music and stuff really organized and neat, or you like the screen to come in really clear, then DEFINATELY go for the iPod.
