I was discussing this with a friend, I won't tell who said what, 'cauz u will say like 'Ur friend was right and u werent' or something like that...

China, though there is some evidence that the Etruscans had it before the Chinese.

As for Italy - Pasta got there when Marco Polo introduced it from China

the Chinese invented pasta. We have reports of Marco Polo taking it back to Italy in the 14th century.

Spaghettis is chinese. !!! it was first produced in china (then trasformed over to italy and other european countries) here the link:

China of course. DUH!? Japan got it like 1000 years after china.

And its called NOODLES! Spaghetti just one type of noodle which is used in italian cuisine, hence the italian name.
