I have had discomfort in the genital region for two weeks now.
My penis(on the bottom of the head) is scaly and sore, and burns when I urinate.
And my anal region burns for no reason.

I have had on and off problems for the last month, and just seek advice from anyone who might have had similar problems.

I have no lesions or blisters, no heavy discharge. Just a burning feeling in both regions.

I have heard that jock itch CAN cause these symptoms, but I also worry myself into thinking its something more serious.

I plan on going to the doctor next week when I get time off work, but in the meantime does anyone have advice?

PS I'm in a long term relationship, so I'm not what you call a high risk individual.

Thanks!

Sounds like Jock Itch!

Get an anti fungal cream from the drug store.

You can avoid this in the future by showering after sweating and wearing boxers instead of briefs.

If you had Herpes, you'd have warts.

I got diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about 3 years ago, whilst I was still attending college and had a silly one-night stand. I realize lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores around her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/BiFHT everything got better.

Not only was I able to eradicate all remnants of the herpes virus from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

Heat rash possibly, try putting some powder of some sort like baby powder to soak up extra moisture.

It is most likely nothing serious, just warts or something...check it out with a doctor.
