you dont want to get your lips tattooed. it would probably never be removeable.

Do you live in Singapore? Coz that day, on my classmate's 14th b'day we all went and got more tattoos at Ink By Finch. It's at Peninsula near where we play lan. My friend got it his initials tattooed on his lower lip (The inner part). It shouldn't be that painful coz tattoos don't hurt that much on the fleshy areas.

Getting them tattooed will only either make them darker or make them look fake, and it is hard if not impossible to remove a tattoo, if it is possible it is very painful.

A tattoo parlor i would think. Or go to a cosmotoligist then do that i think.
