Once you upload the cd to your computer, you have to convert it to mp3.

Go to google.com and look up convert cds to mp3's and then it should come up different programs to convert them.

Try using the software "StreamBox Ripper" which is a file converter or if you have Windows Media Player you can do the so called "RIP" which will extract the file from your CD and save it to your computer which will give you an option of what type of file you want to save it as. Make you save it as an "MP3" file otherwise your sidekick will not play the file.

Good luck!

you need to convert your music cd to mp3 first. It is not a sidekick problem, believe me.

CD's don't use MP3 encoding. You gotta convert it somehow.
