It wont really feel hard this early. Dont press on it! Go to the doc and get an ultrasound if you havent already. At 10 weeks I didnt even feel pregnant. I am 30 weeks now.
Good luck!

Wait another month or so, you probably arent far enough along yet to feel it. The baby is less than an inch long, and doesnt even weigh an ounce yet. You should try getting either "what to expect when your expecting" or "your pregnancy, week by week" They are both great books, and its fun to read along with how your baby is developing each week, and month.
Good Luck and Congrats!!!

At ten weeks, you wouldn't be able to feel anything hard. The uterus is still very low in the pelvis, so you won't feel it for a while yet.

You won't feel your uterus until it is above your pubic bone and although I cannot remember which week it starts to grow up that far, it is way beyond 10 weeks. Don't worry!! If this is your first, you won't really start "showing" till week 18 or thereabouts.

At 10 weeks the fetus is about the size of a peanut. There is not much to feel.

Your doctor should have some models or pictures to help you determine what size the fetus is at different stages.

best,

it's really not easy to feel the uterus until about 16 weeks, and you may not start showing until around 20 weeks.

I didn't feel my uterus until about 13 weeks, and I was 125 pre-preggo weight... perfectly normal... it barely comes outta the pelvic region until about 12 weeks. It goes from your cervix up. Congrats hun!

My daughter is 6 months pregnant and has just started to show. This is especially true with 1st pregnancies. Don't worry you will grow soon enough!
