Hey, I got a cold about 3 weeks ago, and now I have another one. I'm a healthy person and usually have only one cold a year. Is there something wrong with my immune system, and what can I do to strengthen my system? Thanks alot.

It is the cold and flu season. First wash your hands a lot.....Keep your hands away from your face. Stay away from sick people. Throw your toothbrush away after you are sick, then start with a new one. Your immune system is probably a little weak, could be from diet, lack of exercise, stress, many things. Boost it with vitamin C, B complex, Echinecea with Golden Seal (which you can buy over the counter at any pharmacy by the vitamins), drink lots of fluids, and eat right....when you are sick you need additional calories to fight off the bugs......Hope you feel well soon.

Get some airborne tablets, they melt in water and taste like orange juice.
Keep hands clean and rub a little neosporin under nose so u will not catch airborne stuff.
Germ x hands after entering markets.

Maintain your body's alkaline level. Non acidic Vitamin C and lots of mineral water.

i got sick almost every 2 weeks this whole year! right now im trying lots of vit c and cod liver oil!
