Ask at Democrat headquarters or some other liberal gathering spot, like a college campus. You should be able to find a lot of people in such places who know it by heart.

During the day, call a Russian consulate (found outside of Washington, DC) or Russian embassy. You can google for their location and telephone numbers. I'm not sure there is a pledge but if there is - they are usually pretty polite about helping students out. They have military oaths and such though. Make sure they know you are talking about their current flag since they have gone through quite a few.

I don't believe Russia has or had a pledge of alliegance.
