Economics is the easiest, then accounting, then finance.
Accounting has the most opportunities, then finance then econ.
Finance has the best pay, followed by accounting, then econ.
Finance jobs are often sales related though, so salary is dependent on your work. Millions is possible, but so is failure. There are always good paying jobs in accounting, but income is limited at the top. Economics is just a tossup. There are not a lot of economics jobs. You will basically be in the same job pool as someone with a business or management degree.
