You can start using them with your first period, a little ky jelly helps them go in a bit easier, don't wear them longer than 5 hours, switch over to a pad at night.

There isnt really an age, since i know girls who have worn them from the start. Although my gyno did say you should start at about 16. I started when I was 15, but if you start earlier its not going to be less safe or anything. Just make sure you be careful with toxic shock and everything.
and YES, you can break your hymen with a tampon.

As long as you have your period, you can use tampons. Some parents think that they shouldn't introduce tampons until a later age so the child understands everything about them. It doesn't matter the age at all, though. Ask your mom for her opinion when you're ready.

There is no age limit on wearing them. But, remember they can cause a disease. Some type of syndrom.can remember the name.

As soon as you start your period. I assume by being "safe" that you have concerns about your hymen. You won't damage it.

i think as long as you've had ur period at least a few times....u should be old enough...if u read the directions or ask ur mom, u'll do fine
