Dandelions? Why smoke that? Smoke it like an elbow or knee? I don't get it. If you took the tobacco out of a cigar, you wouldn't have anything! A cigar is shredded tobacco wrapped in tobacco leaf. Are you on drugs?

Yes but you would have to leave some tobacco in there to maintain the shape of the cigar, else it might collapse.
I'd start by hollowing it out slowly from the center, digging deeper and deeper until 3/4 of the cigar length is hollowed out, then fill it with your particular variety of weed.

garden and landscape huh, sounds like you got more weed than a blunt can handle, and yeah you can do that ppl have been doin it for years, its better just to by a blunt wrap though, so you dont have to bother with taking a cigar apart

yes but its tricky. you have to be careful as to not **** up the cigar too much or else you wont be able to use it.
