No, you're still legally married. Having a girlfriend is still considered adultery.

Personally, I dont think it is ok because you are still legally married.
My ex hopped on the dating wagon seconds after we seperated, and it seems like lots of people do.
My concern was getting custody of the kids, so I didnt want anything messy in my life, or anything that could sway the desicion. If you have kids, and are trying to get custody--this is not a wise move.

Probably not the best idea, I sure hope you don't have kids because then it would be a horrible idea.
