Most shows are on hiatus right now for the holiday season, almost no shows are showing new episodes right now, though they will begin again in the new year. If you want to know ahead of time, you can check TV listings on-line, for example http://www.tvguide.com/ or http://www.tv.yahoo.com/.

The holiday season plays into it however thats not the total reason, Most tv shows do not have the ability to make enough episodes for the long viewing seasons, therefore they have repeat episodes usually in 2-4 week blocks and then pick back up with their normal new episodes. Grey's may not have another new one till after the holiday, check the abc website to find out.

Almost every television show goes on a special hiatus during the holiday season. Fewer people watch the regular shows and more people watch holiday specials (Christmas at Rockefellar Center, Charlie Brown's Christmas etc.) Almost every show will be a repeat between now and the second week of January. You can check ABC's website for the specific date of the return of Grey's.

I was looking forward to it too. Look at the website for the show and it talks about future episodes. Another thing is at the end of the show they always give a preview if it's a new one and notice the last two weeks they didn't say anything about the upcoming episode...

properly, i do not understand what you all are staring at, yet in accordance to the documents on my directv programming alert for this evening, the recent episode starts off this evening. Has to do with a vehicle coincidence that slams the ER and Izzy pushing her probation. i do not ignore that wasn't the finest new one I referred to, so ya may opt to envision for constructive before you wait till next week. The very last new one which became on became the single with the conjoined twin brothers. The repeats are because of vacation programming and the bowl video games. same ingredient occurs round superbowl, NHL playoffs and the international series. the autumn season is basically such an excellent type of episodes, so that they take a damage about midway by using to stretch it out. also, on gray's, they are nonetheless seen interns of their first 365 days, to be able to't do any type of vacation episode because this is going to throw it off, in evaluation to an universal sitcom. on the right of this season, it is season 3, they are going to be performed with their first 365 days. and now ya understand......

It truly is very disappointing! some shows (like the O.C.) take breaks in the middle of the season because of other shows, OR possible sporting events going on on television!

There won't be a new episode until after the first of the year. Reruns until then.

i have noticed that some seasons end early because there are other shows that start mid season. they just do that to keep you wanting to watch it and get more ratings for these other shows and reruns. I get disappointed too. I'll put of doing things just to watch a show and then its a rerun.
