Really, who is this guy? He's been by Bush Jr's side ever since he was governor of Texas. Without Rove, Bush would be shoveling manure on his dad's ranch, not sitting in public office.

He's a scum bag. He is what is wrong with government. You could say he's the one responsible for starting dirty tactics in elections. He's at his best when he is out to destroy some ones career.
