I would ban the following speech
- Conspiracies of all types
- Hate Speech
- Speeches critical of the Government, Government Agencies and elected officials.
- Speeches that are not with the "Status Quo"

The 1st Amendment is privilege by the government to the people, not a right. The government granted it, it's time the government takes some of it away.

You cant do that. People have a constitutionally protected right to free speech.
Who decides what is hate speech? Or the status quo? The USA isnt a police state, people are free to have their opinions and they have the right to state those opinions as they see fit.

As far as the government goes, it does not allow the Constitution, the Constitution allows the government, and when our government is no longer working for us we have the right to tear it down and start over.
