If you make a Christmas list, what do you usually get for everyone? What do you get for guys? What do you get for girls?

Well, I'm not the one that goes Christmas shopping. That's my mom's job. All she does is ask what everyone wants. It's the best and easiest way to get it done. It won't be a surprise but you know that the person getting the gift will enjoy it, since that is what they asked for.
Eventually, when I go Christmas shopping, I will just do the same. Ask them!

Firstly, I always make a list of names and then possible present ideas for each person. I start the list as early as possible because when you have heaps of ideas for people it makes it really easy. If you are out shopping with someone and they mention they like something I write it on the list.
I always stick to a budget. Depending on the person and what gift I have found I may spend a little more.
Plus, I also buy presents throughout the year if I see things that I think a certain person may love. I start buying as early as July some years. It helps money wise because I am not forking out so much money in December.

I use to go through the sale flyers in the paper and make a list, and when I went to the store, they were out of what I had planned to get. now I just make a list of the people I need to buy for, and go with that. Saves me alot of time making the list and searching at home. I just cross off the name as I get it.

I usually make a list. I always get my dad something from Hickory Farms; I'm getting my mom a quiliting magazine subscription; my sister a gift card to Old Navy; my daughter a ton of stuff; my husband an outfit. I hope one of those things helps!

No, I don't make lists. I usually pick one item for men and one item for women in the store / catalog which is apt for every man or woman in my gift list and buy the same thing for each one of them. I really do not want to stress or burden myself out holiday shopping. I want to enjoy the season.

i come up with an ideas list. i usually dont end up getting people my original plan but i find an ideas list helps create more and often better ideas

Make a list...if ever in doubt get a gift card to a place you know they love! I don't like giving cash because it's like "oops I forgot about you, let me check my wallet...".

i do make a christmas list. i usually get clothes, purse, and jewerly for my sister, video games for my brother, books and dvds for my dad, clothes and m&m's for my mom, mug for my grandmother, and dvd for my grandfather.
