In my opinion, too many, but interestingly enough, according to amazon.com, it is currently ranked by them as #1,371,596 in Books sold. I'm guessing your average neo-Nazi picks it up somewhere else...

Unsurprisingly, in Germany from 1931 - 45 it outsold the Bible. Elsewhere, it sold amazingly well- numbers have to be in the 10's of thousands. The royalties would've made Hitler a very wealthy man, had he done nothing else. It is now in the public domain, also unsurprisingly.

I have no idea of the actual figure but it was and still is a bestseller apparently.
