I'm a gay man, age 39, live in Florida, I felt a connection with this guy and he said some nice things about me. The night before he left for west coast, he actually invited me over to his place and cooked a big dinner for me, we made out a little. I asked him to call me when he got back; he said he would, it's been two weeks now. An aquaintance saw him so I know he's back. Am I missing something other than that he's not as into me as I thought??

I don't think you're missing anything. Sometimes people just get busy. I would call him and say something like " Hey, I heard you were back and just wanted to thank you again for the great dinner" Then make a date with him so you can make him dinner.

Dude. Give him a call. At 39, it is not wise to let a good thing slip by you. Just be friendly on the phone and ask if he is up for dinner out somewhere.
I hope that things go well for you.

Go straight to the source. Call him and explain that you had a great time with him and was hoping that the two of you could get together again. If he's not interested or led you on, then that should be the moment that he tells you.

No. If he hasn't called you in two weeks, he isn't in to you! Even if he's outta town, he doesn't have a cell phone? Don't do it! Make him work for it! There are plenty of other guys out there. One WILL be into you and WILL call even when he is out of town.

CALL HIM!
this guy i was talking to and i had a falling out because there was a HUGE misunderstanding. he msgd me and asked if it was okay to call me (incase i was busy) i sent back a msg saying yes. (found out now he didn't get my msg) so i waited for him to call. n i sent him more messages n stuff. i thought he wasn't talking to me.. he thought i wasn't talking to him. i msgd him a few more times n nothing so i got really angry.
he spoke to one of my friends who he told his side of the story which matched mine, and finally we got back talking again. his phone wouldn't accept my msgs for some reason.
okay really long story short, the only way you're going to find out is by calling him, if he says no... at least you know where u stand!! i didn't want to call him because i was too proud. so just do it! u dont wanna miss out

No don't call him. That seems desperate. Play it cool and keep busy. What if you call him and he didn't want you to? It's tough, but go out, meet people.......read "The Rules" - not just for women, trust me it works on all men.
