i live in ohio, but never heard of portsmouth. i see its in southern ohio....bellmount correctional insitute is in southern ohio....don't know if that's nearby...a very rural, quiet town.

yes, indeed it is a very bad place. It is nothing but drug ridden, and overdoses one of the drug capitals in the world :) your welcome to your question, p.s it's not a good place for good families
