i know it evolves in lvl 30 but whats the difference you have to make to evolve it into a hitmonlee hitmonchan or hitmontop

Hitmonlee is defence based, so you need you Tyrogue to have higher defence,
Hitmonchamp is attack based to you'll need higher attack
Hitmontop need a balance of both attack and defence.

Basically, it means that your TYROGUE's attack needs to be higher than the defense at level 20. I suggest that you use Vitamins to increase the Attack Stat.

tyrogue envolves at LV 20,
to envolve into hitmonchan,its defence must be higher than its attack.
to envolve into hitmonlee,its attack must be higher than its defence
to envolve into hitmontop,both attack and defence must be the same.
this is definitely true
