Yeah it was definitely Turbo teen..and it had to have been one of the worst cartoons ever made.

i dont know the name either but thought id assure it exsisted i remmeber it too,i think and it was a learning deal,,right??the song in the background sais somthing about contusion and bumping i know i didnt help a bunch but maybe will clue somone els in for you good luck
