well.... tht's a bad question...
u should ask which university is best for u.... and tht depends on alot of things.. like.. ur branch, financial status, acaedemic performance, GRE and TOEFL scores.
Anybody can tell u tht Harvard or MIT is the best university... but, it should match ur talent too... or else it will be a waste of monet and time..
Selectiion of university requires a lot of research. and i advise u to start from this site
