I heard it in a resturant....some of the chorus involved "its better if you ...." A woman sang it, and she sang in a high pitched voice on that particular chorus. It was a very nice song...I just have no clue who sings it, or the title of it.

Its probably that new artist out named Karrine Bailey Ray. When I first heard her song, I described it the same way you did! only difference is, I hated that song, and I still do.!
