I'd love to see a commemorative of the 10th Amendment but have no idea what would be a good image. Then again, Congress doesn't know what the 10th Amendment is either...

draw a postage stamp with a picture of citizen holding a hunting rifle, as protected under the sencdon amendment.
Or, c colloege of relgious symbols, prtected freedom of religon under the first amaendment.

Just make a picture of a handgun and put the second amendment beside it.
