Stay away from Barbrizon-it is a rip off.They are in it just for the money and they aren't interested in you, they are just interested in your money. Get a portfolio together and go around to the top modeling agencies and try it that way. If they like you they will find you jobs.

I wouldn't go to Barbizon, has a bad reputation of turning out models only good enough for mall shows. If you wanted to go through a school I would look into John Robert Powers. They do modeling although their forte is acting. But they have a much better reputation. Good luck and be prepared to work your *** off.

No -- it has a terrible reputation. It just takes money from gullible model wannabes. I'd go straight to the agencies and ask for an assesment to see if you have what it takes. They will give you guidance and be very friendly to you. Trust me -- I modeled for ten years in NYC.
