This is a question for a doctor however when women become aroused their vaginas become lubricated; the male prostate gland produces seminal fluid; does women's anatomy have a female equivalent to the prostate? I don't want to answer a question with a question but...

Euh... listen I don't want to break your bubble but women don't have a prostate so can't have prostate glands... Just the way we males cannot get menstrual cramps because we cannot menstruate... Different plumbing and all!

Women don't have prostate glands. A woman’s reproductive system only includes the ovaries, fallopian tube, uterus, cervix, vagina, and the vulva (all the external reproductive parts)
