i have 2 children but lately i keep getting heart palpatations and ive just been laid in bed and im sure i felt something move but im still having my periods and still on pill im 22 wot do you think or am i imagining it all?

You say you have 2 children...Were heart palpitations present in your last 2 pregnancies?
I know symptoms vary with pregnancies but you seem to be basing this all on the one symptom. (Abdominal movement could quite easily just be wind).
However if these are the same or similar symptoms you experienced before it may be worth checking it over with a doctor.
Are the periods different in anyway to what you would usually expect? i.e. lighter...shorter in duration, becoming more spotting than your normal flow?
If this is the case then you may have reason to test but if they are the same as normal it is more unlikely that you are pregnant.
If you are still worried then test. It may be worth going to the doctor anyway if you feel the heart palpitations are strong and frequent just to get yourself checked over.

Take a test asap, the sooner you know the better! If you are not pregnant I would recommend the contraceptive injection of implant, they take the risk out of contraception and they are free on the NHS.

Dont worrry to much it could be wind but if you are still in any doubt do a test to put your mind at ease
