Answers not showing blue?

Answers not showing blue?

Hi. When I am answering questions I am still on the board but the bar underneath is not showing blue.

Can I still get votes? I just noticed this and I also noticed I'm not getting very many votes, or quite as many, lately.

Could that be why? Or have something to do with it?
I really put alot into most of my answers, so advice would be greatly appriciated if Answers can help with this problem. Thanks!

blue means you are very sad, so people dint like to be depressed not even I want to respond, I do this anyway
