been obsessed with it for about a year now.
the graphics a pretty darn good and it fits all of my requirments (online chat, 100% free even for extras, good graphics, lots of stuff to do, lots of players, lots of fan sites)
it is by disney though and everything is based off of disney themes (vmk stands for virtual magic kingdom)
although the disney thing didn't really appeal to me at first, i realized a bunch of great stuff to it (no innapropriate stuff you might want to hide from your parents)
so yea, give it a try.
and if you're not amazed by it, there's something wrong with you
but if you're really, and i mean REALLY bothered by the fact that it's disney, then give
maplestory.com
a try (my brother plays it)
it's pretty much the same as vmk except it isn't 3D-esque.

battle field 2. it lots of fun. so is vmk... sort of. for battle field 2 the demo is free but the only difference from the real version is the map. i dont remember the web site but if you google it it will pop up.
