This might sound wierd but, well it works.
Find a VERY hot room or place.
stand shoulder with apart and touch your hand s to your feet and keep your wieght over your toes while keeping your back VERY stiaght.
Widen your stance and touch your nose to each knee, hold for 10-20 seconds each.
stand and side into a right split. go down until you can't go any farther and catch your self by putting your hands on the groung stay there and bounce for about 10-20 seconds take a deep breath and take your hands off the ground. when you take a deep breath and relax let yourself fall into the ground a little more. (do the same on the other leg.
go to a wall and sit with your butt against it and your back against the ground. let your legs fall into a middle split and just hold this position for 10 or so MINTUES.
repeat these streches every other day an you should get really flexible in no time!

Try stretching every day in the places that you want to be more flexible in. But, whatever you do, don't push yourself! Say you wanted to try to do the splits, right? If, at first, you can go pretty far down, great! But, if not and you are trying to get better, you should practice by going as far down as you can everyday. However, on your first day it would be a smart idea not to try to go all the way down and end up forcing yourself to do so... That could have extremely bad results. So, just stretch that part of your body every day and then see how far you can get on those splits!

you could stretch. go into a position that you feel like you can not go anyfurther and push a bit more and hold it for 10-20 seconds. Do this ever day push further and hold longer (you can increase your time by 5sec. or more). To do full splits and stomach to the floor in a spilt you will need patiance and do the exercise above daily! Also, you can take pilates and yogo classes they also help to stretch you out.
HOPE THIS HELPS!!!

Yoga can help. But the best thing is for you to get into a simple stretching routine, and exercise regularly (like walking around a city park).
