Did the arbiter stipulate that your equilibrium must be substantially impaired before you would be considered disabled?

Right wing "Christians" should not be the final arbiter of what is right and wrong in America. The constitution stipulates that there should be a separation of church and state. Substantially more people believe that this is a good thing. The equilibrium between the balance of powers is now better than last year.
