You can find this in two ways. A paportion or multiplication. You can move the decimal spots over two spaces so its .44 x 250 which would equal 110. Or you could have 44/100 = x/250. You would then cross multiply and get 100x = 11000. Divide each side by 100 and you would get x = 110.
