Dr.Brown's bottles are good and it really helps the baby from not sucking exrra air

1. Try infant mylicon drops. it is safe and can be given with every feeding. check label.

2. give tummy time for baby.

3. try massaging his tummy in a circular motion around the navel... dont do this right after feeding him.

4. lift and press your baby's legs against his tummy.

First, talk to your pediatrician to rule out milk or soy intollerances. If your baby is intolerant to either or both then he might not be getting all the nutrition he needs. You may need to switch to a soy or hypoallergenic formula, but see your doctor first.
Mylicon is great (get the non-staining kind to save your wardrobe from the inevetable spit up) try the VentAire bottles instead of the Dr. Browns (I haven't used either, but I have bottle feeding friends who swear by the VentAire) lay him on his back and pedal his feet (like he's riding a bike) to help keep the ab muscles moving and try the "Colic hold," with the baby laying face down longways over one of your arms and secured with the other (as if he were flying like a superhero or something).

You can get Simethicone drops at walmart. They really help. ALso, those dr. brown bottles are for the birds. My son had reflux and we got some of those bottles, I did notlike them, they did not seem to help at all. The best bottles that helped him were Playtex Contour nursers. Good luck, Hey, drag out that video camera, everyone loves a gassy baby, nothing cuter!!!!

Take a class in infant massage. Infant massage has zero side effects unlike drugs.
