Sure, as long as its against something sensitive like my ear or my neck. If the person is just whispering at me from far away then no... I am just about as deaf as a post, although it may be due to a listening deficit. LOL.
Seriously, a guy could whisper just about anything against the back of my neck and I'd still melt. (especially if he lets his lips lightly brush my neck when he says it =} )

Depends on the person and what they are whispering. If it's a priest in confessional saying he wants to do me, it's a total buzzkill.
