I think that the first thing you should do is scream. Scream into a pillow, go out in the country and scream standing in the middle of the road, go into your basement and scream...Screaming helps relieve much stress and anxiety. It is called primal screaming.
I am very sorry for your losses. My heart goes out to you and I hope that things will improve for you.
After screaming, you need to find something very simple that you enjoy. Go for a walk. Buy a guppy and watch it swim. Read a good, long book. Remove yourself mentally from the problems that surround you. After you feel relaxed, you should be removed far enough from everything that you can look at the situation from a new perspective and maybe you will see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I am sorry if this seems stupid, but with all my losses over the past few years, this is what I do and it works for me.
Good luck.

I know where your're comming from. I lost my grandfather & uncle in July,1998 heartadches.Uncle was 42, grandfather was 85, I think. Then we lost my brother in 1999, due to cancer (brain tumor) he was 29.For a couple years I was upset. Then in July 2006, the neighbor's daughter was in a car accident, she was 20. She was shy and I gradually worked with her for 14 years (untili her death), to overcome her shyness, she did overcome some of it. Being disabled I saw her almost everyday. I tried helping her with here shyness by joking with her (getting her to laugh some) and calling her My Little Buddy. However, the Little Buddy name turned into more than helping with shyness, I meant it.Since her death,I'm not the same.I feel very depressed. What can be more precessious than a loved one or close friend? Why can't there be a cure for depression.

If you are religious, God is always with you, so you're not going through anything alone, you take care of the things you can control and let God take care of everything else. Then it just becomes a matter of understanding, if you lost some you loved, was it not better to have loved then not have loved at all, was it not better to
have known then not have known. There's always a positive side to everything, you have to get on that positive side and look at everything from a different point of view.
And finally: I simply remember my favorite things
and then I don't feel so bad........

you just have to go on. dont make an already bad situation worse by creating other problems for yourself like cutting etc. You have to realise that people come in and out of your life for a reason and sometimes it takes a little while to find out what it is but when you do, you become that much stonger.

Sounds like you've been through a lot! The best thing you can do for yourself is find someone you can talk (personal or professional). Remember, while you may feel alone...you are definately NOT. It may sound corny, but reaching out is the best way to work through what your feeling.
