i own a repair shop,and anything over 45 will run it good,but it should read around 50 or over,,to run good,because the factory regulator is set to 40 and it takes a good pump to push it pass the regulator,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

It needs over 50 psi to start if it's a 4.3. A 2.2 uses a little less pressure.

In-tank pump, about 35# Check in your local library for shor manuals to be sure!!

if it's a 2.2liter, it's 36-40 psi. if it's a 4.3, 55-60psi.
