The naval and ears are good. If by cartilage you mean ear cartilage, then that's neutral to me (don't care either way). The eyebrow and nose are turnoffs. They can be done tastefully, but they're just negative to me -- the eyebrow especially.

My wife has a navel ring and it is totally sexy. She has three piercings in each ear. I think piercings are way cool, as long as it's not gone overboard. I still wanna see the face.
