is some huge terrible burden that she shouldn't have to deal with and is just overall very b1tchy, would it be fair to suggest that she is probably PMSing?

I mean suggesting it to the table of people you are with, not to the waitress

No, its fair to assume that you are being extremely rude to her. If you suggest she is pms ing, you can be charged with sexual harassment, and deserve to be wearing your spaghetti home.

Negative.
girls NEVER like it when you suggest they are PMSing because
1) if they are not, then they get mad for you being wrong.
2) If they are, it just makes them even more mad cause they hate it too.
If you've ever worked in a restaurant.. There can be lonnng *** days. and sometimes, your mood reflects on how you treat a customer.

Sounds like she didn't want to wait on you.
If you accused me of PMSing - I'd locate your vehicle and put whipped cream all over your windows.

I was told that not leaving a tip would be wrong. You should leave a penny. Then it shows that you didn't forget to tip her. You remembered and that was all she was worth. It really pisses them off. A friend did it once. I thought the woman was gonna grow horns and attack. She really sucked though. Nasty, bitchy, crabby attitude. As if we were **** and she had to wait on us.

I would tell her that usually when I dine out , I leave money as a tip....but in this circumstance....I feel giving you advice as your tip is more appropriate....Then I would say.....If you're chosing to wait on people for a living, you seriously need to work on your people skills!
BTW....could it be maybe that you are that regular customer that never tips? no one likes to wait on a cheapskate
