Its on their eyes? Like right in their eye sockets, on their eye balls? That's odd. Can you take a picture?
Does it look, like, crusty sort of? Or is it more fluffy? Is on their entire bodies or JUST their eyes?
Without more info I can't give you a proper diagnosis, but it sounds fungal or bacterial. Treat with Maracyn-2, and you can add some aquarium salt... 1 tbsp per 5 gallons, disolved first in dechlor water.
If its a cottony growth, that's Saprolegnia Fungus. Treat with Forma-Green -or- Copper Sulfate. Remove your carbon filter first, and remove any inverts as the copper will kill them.
Here is some more info: http://www.fishdoc.co.uk/disease/fungus.htm
Do they have any other symptoms? Bloating, clamped fins, frayed fins, etc.

Cloudy eyes are usually caused by a common bacteria, this usually happens with poor water quality.
Change 25% of the water every day for 10 days and treat with erethromycin(sp?).
water changes should otherwise be done once a week and be very careful when feeding, feed no more than what they will eat in about 30 sec.
The silver dollar is a shoaling fish and could use some friends ( more silver dollars ).

Your description is hard to diagnose with. Bring that silver dollars are whiteish and the angels could be, It cold be ich, fungus, or bacteria. look for salt like particles on the fish's fins and body if there are white dots on the fish you have ich, if you see a cotton-like substance you have a fungus infection, if you do not see either, I would guess you have a bacteria infection. Either way, change about 25% of your water remove the filter cartridge and warm the water temp to about 80F if it is ich you need to treat for ich if- if fungus treat for this- and the same for bacteria. There are plenty of medications availble at your local petstore. Be sure to ask the staff a your petstore for their opinion too. Work quickly, time is important, and good luck.

Take them to the vet or to the local pet shop and ask them for some help. Maybe try to seperate the sick fish until the eyes clean up, so the other ones don't get ill too.

Pick up some general cure asap from your local pet store and follow the instructions. You could lose your fish if you don't medicate the tank.
