UT is the best university in Texas and everyone, even Aggies, know it. A&M is where all my friends went who couldnt get into Texas, which has much much higher standards. Funny how ALL these friends were Longhorn fans until they couldnt get in! We consistently rank higher on the U.S. News college rankings. We also excel far and beyond in nearly every sport. And the one time they win in 7 years is by default, give me a break! The only thing they have on us is a great Ag program, whoopie! Not many Aggies know that A&M was created as a sub-college to UT. Not to mention all the Aggies I know, quite a few, are so narcasistic its pathetic. I suppose this arrogance would be well warranted if they actually exceled in something...
Anyone from Texas knows that an Agghorn does not exist, at all! You are either an Aggie, or a Longhorn. Typically smaller communities favor A&M, because of its farming roots. Intellectual people prefer Texas. After all, we are THE Univerist of Texas. Hook Em' Horns!

there is no such thing as an agghorn. In Texas you are one or the other unless you marry into an aggie or horn family. Gig em baby i wish i could go to a&m but i love everything about the school the tradition the sports everything. college station is a great little country town it feels like home to me when i go there. WHOOP!!

That's how we define a Truin (attended UCLA and then USC) and Brujan (USC, then UCLA).
